Shipping Information

Shannon Jewelers is pleased to offer free two-day shipping on all orders over $150 shipped within the Continental United States.

  • Orders under $150 are shipped via two-day delivery for a flat rate of $25.

  • We currently do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.

  • Most in-stock items ship within three business days (72 hours). Whenever possible, orders placed on a business day will ship the following business day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. CST are considered received on the next business day.

  • Order verification and payment processing may require up to 24 hours, which could delay shipment.

  • Orders requiring sizing, engraving, or other alterations may require an additional two weeks before shipping.

To help protect your purchase, all shipments are sent via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail and require an adult signature upon delivery.

Complimentary gift wrapping is available. Simply leave a note during checkout, and we'll be happy to prepare your gift.

Ring Information

If your selected ring is in stock, sizing can typically be completed within a few business days.

Rings requested in sizes that are not currently in stock may require 3–4 weeks for delivery. Because these rings are specially sized or ordered, they are non-refundable.

If you are unsure of your ring size, we are happy to professionally size your finger in-store before your purchase.
