My fiancee and I went in together to look for wedding/engagement rings, and every moment inside was made worth it. Catherine and the other staff members were always helpful and sincere. We constantly asked about numerous things and were always kindly given a straightforward answer, even going so far as to design my fiancee's ring in CAD on the spot, and go through several iterations with transparent pricing and workmanship. Needless to say, we ended up with gorgeous rings and the security of knowing that we'll be taken care of if we ever need to return.

Shannon's jewelers is the best decision we have ever made! Catherine was so kindhearted and very caring. She listened to all of our questions and concerns and we are over the moon about how our jewelry came back. My ring is absolutely stunning and they were finished in a week!
